People from all different walks of life and religious/spiritual backgrounds claim to have spiritual experiences that reinforce their beliefs. How are you supposed to know who’s experience is genuine and not self induced.

This question is for people that DO believe in spiritual experiences. I respect people’s right not to believe, but I kinda already know what you guys think about it… Thanks

Hope this is understood but here is how i understand the difference. A emotional experience would be say like when some one you deeply care about dies and your over come with grief, A spiritual act would be say you were sitting on a tree stump in the forrest and all at once your over come with this feeling of Joy and excitement and you feel all this love at once for nature and God. Both i have experienced..

"evolution also has spiritual and religious elements".

Does it? That’s news to me. As far as I know, evolution is a scientific theory, which merely describes nature. It has no spiritual of religious elements whatsoever. What are those elements?

Someone else in your previous question said there is more evidence for God than evolution.

Waiting for this evidence…

How will the spiritual body be different from the physical body that dies & is buried in a cemetery?
I don’t know why but I keep thinking that the spiritual body will have miles of blood veins just like the body that I am in now and I keep thinking this isn’t the real me in my body,it is just the real me standing in my physical body waiting for me to leave this shell.

Some of the most trustworthy Bible writers are telling like it is when we ALL die!

Ecclesiastes 9:5 (NIV)
For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward* (*not Heaven or Hell, but the grave is the final reward!), and even the memory of them is forgotten* (*Not true in all cases, but that’s what some primitive Bible writers knew at that time! King Solomon is alleged to have written these claims, but there is no evidence outside of the Bible that he ever existed! Isn’t it a shame to be the “wisest man ever to set foot on this World” and have no 3rd party verification?)!

Ecclesiastes 9:10 (NIV)
WHATEVER your hand finds to do, DO IT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.

Ecclesiastes 3:19 (NIV)
Man’s fate is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; man has no advantage over the animal. Everything is vanity.

Christians reject the Bible writers’ exceptional truth on the subject of life and death and anything else that is detrimental to the Christian faith!

The writers of the best BDSM book in the Bible, the Book of Job claim the same destiny for humankind… Christians believe the Bible rule that “in the mouth of at least 2 witnesses all matters should be settled,” but not on this issue! They really want to go to “Heaven” when they die according to the latest anti gay preaching!

Job 7:9 (NIV)
As a cloud vanishes and is gone… so he who goes down to the grave does not return…

Preachers are very selective in what they want the Christians to believe from the Bible, so their income won’t falter. That is why there are so many Church brands in Christianity, especially in America! Each one interprets selected portions of the Bible their own way!

When I say spiritual guide i mean by psychic stuff and spirits. And If you say that psychics aren’t real or what ever than don’t bother answering! And also does your spiritual guide help you with situations you need help in? Kinda like god?

You should sit in a circle in the Spiritualist Church, to develop your psychic gift and you will soon get to know who is your guide is.

It has been taught by unworthy teachers that one should transcend the physical to reach the spiritual, that the body is corrupt as is nature, this false view is life denying, what is the life force if not sexual, life affirming and spiritual? Are we not all children of the fire, the passion and desire of love to know itself through its enter-connectedness of all things? What was your beginning, what was the spark of your conception?

The ego is the self. "As above, so below," we need to work as a unit in order to advance. The Sanskrit word, "yoga" means "union." In my work as a medium, I invoked many spirits of deceased humans. On the astral, deceased souls stagnate and do not change or evolve. One needs a physical self in order to advance the soul.

Due to the right hand path teachings, many practitioners of the eastern disciplines have little knowledge of how to use their powers. The teachings of selflessness, sacrifice, asceticism, denial, ignoring the physical self and chastity (absence of sexual relations) are for the purpose of preventing humanity from accessing any mind power.

One needs the physical self in order to advance the soul. Mastery over the physical self is another matter. An adept should be able to transcend pain. Mastery over the physical self and ignoring/neglecting the physical self are two very different things. When one neglects the physical self, one creates disunion. Yoga in this case is no longer a concept. The same goes for ego and desire.

We should not let our desires dominate our lives, but without desire, life itself becomes meaningless. Our wants and desires are what make us unique individuals, and give us the personalities we have. Without desire, we stagnate and have nothing. Desire motivates us and our ego is our self. By denying the essential parts of ourselves, we break up the union. The practice of yoga or any other disciplines would not even begin without desire. Without desire, we have nothing. Strong desire, along with a strong mind and will is what makes magickal workings successful. When the life force is strong, there is a strong desire to live. Absence of desire is death. When we no longer have desires, we stop living.

Most of us will agree, upon meeting and uniting with Satan, he brings us together spiritually. We have a feeling of wholeness that we didn’t have before. The popular yoga teachings are here only to deter us from power, like all of the teachings of Christianity and the other related religions. IGNORE THEM. Only use the physical techniques.

There are stages one goes through in the activation of the chakras and kundalini. Some of these stages are a lack of sex drive and lust. This is because the kundalini is sexual and when we begin power meditation, this energy is directed into different areas of the soul. People have also reported having much more intense orgasms once the kundalini is stimulated. Orgasms are much more intense and pleasurable with more bioelectricity. Sex should, if possible, be an addition to kundalini awakening. Kundalini is the life force and very sexual in nature. There are murals on the walls of the pyramids and temples in Egypt. These murals are of the Gods tuning their chakras. The male Gods are always shown with a full erection when undergoing this process.

The life force and sex drive are the same. By centuries and centuries of preaching the lies of abstinence and self-denial, these teachings have kept humanity enslaved both physically and spiritually. When the life force is strong, one does not experience depression, apathy, futility, or hopelessness.

What is the spiritual meaning of magic number 666?

Posted by admin On July - 4 - 2010

Does metaphysical meanings and spiritual powers does this number impart?

What about other magic numbers like 7 and 13?

Do you believe in any kind of lucky or unlucky numbers? Do numbers have power?

666 divided by 3 is 222, which sounds like "tootootoo!", which is funny.

I heard the term "spiritual atheism" and was wondering what exactly that meant. What is the difference between being theistic and being spiritual? What would be some examples?

It’s all the same bullcrap – people "fell" or "know" that there’s something "beyond this world", spthing "out there" – and offer no support for these claims. I guess the difference is that the spiritual people are not as arrogant about it.

For instance, I assume that a spiritual leader in a tribe, must have had to have a lot of passion and be loud and convincing in order for others in the tribe to listen to him. What other characteristics would have been beneficial for a spiritual leader have? I bring it up, because I think perhaps our diverging lifestyles perhaps affects the way we experience spirituality. A close-knit tribal society would have been much more apt to develop a strong connection with their spiritual leaders than people do today. What do you think?

Sociopathic, definitely sociopathic. To be able to invent some crazy religious stuff with the soul intention of manipulating other people takes a really cold, dispassionate and pragmatic son of bi**h.

Some people claim to be "spiritual" not "religious." What gives? I don’t understand what that even means? Help me understand?

One is being religious the other is being watered-down religious
